Honey Garlic Pork

Adapted From: Spark Recipes
http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=59689

This was an awesome dinner! I had planned to cook pork medallions and then accidentally bought bone in pork. I decided to cut the pork off the bone into bite sized pieces in order to make the cooking easier and boy was it awesome. I was able to throw this meal together watching the game on Saturday and didn't miss a play! The key is to cook the pork until the honey and garlic are starting to get very sticky, almost burnt. It gives it a great smokey flavor!

The Fixin's
1 /4 Cup Honey
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
6 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Butter

Let's Cook Dinner
In a bowl mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic until well blended
Cut pork into bite sized pieces
Pour sauce over chicken

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet
Cook pork until no longer pink and sauce is sticky

****To freeze, place pork in gallon sized freezer bag
Pour sauce in bag and seal
Label with date and contents
When ready to cook, thaw and cook according to above
