Parmesan Tilapia

Yum Yum Yum! We don't cook enough fish and I really don't know why. It is so so easy to make and very filling! This was great and is best served with a dash of lemon juice on top when you serve it!


The Fixin's
6 Tilapia Fillets
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tablespoons Paprika
2 Tablespoons Parsley
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper

Let's Cook Dinner
Preheat oven to 400F
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and grease
In a mixing bowl combine cheese, paprika, pasley, salt, and pepper until well blended
Dip each fillet into cheese mixture
Place on baing sheet
Drizzle with lemon juice
Bake for 12-15 minutes
