The Mr. says this is best meal we have had in a while! It was easy to prep and tasted amazing. The other great thing is that it requires so few "fixin's"! I was worried that it wouldn't be very flavorful but I was wrong! You defiantly need to make these soon. They would be a great holiday food for a party and could be changed up into an appetizer by cutting the chicken and bacon into smaller pieces. I didn't have a glass baking dish big enough to cook the whole batch, so half was in glass and half was in a metal dish. The metal cooked faster and the bacon was bit more crispy. Totally your call, but something to be noted!

The Fixin's
1 lb Chicken
1 Package Bacon
3 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons Mustard
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Let's Cook Dinner
Preheat oven to 400F

Flip over
Coat tops of chicken with half the mixture
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is not longer pink
