Ham and Egg Cups

Do you still need a quick Easter breakfast? Or are you wondering what you are going to do with all that left over ham? These are awesome! We have made egg cups with turkey and bacon but this week in honor of Easter I broke down and made them with ham! Easter is my yearly holiday shift at the hospital but I will gladly be snacking on these babies before work!


The Fixin's
12 Slices of Deli Ham
12 Eggs
Garlic Salt
Pepper

Let's Cook Dinner
Grease muffin baking sheet
Preheat oven to 350
Place one slice of ham on the bottom of each muffin cup
Crack one egg into each cup
Top with pepper and garlic salt
Bake for 20 minutes
