Easy "Fried" Eggs

Adapted From: Amy's Kitchen Creations
http://www.amyskitchencreations.blogspot.com/2012/05/eggs-for-breakfast-sandwiches.html

I have been really into fried eggs these days. How easy is it to crack an egg into a pan, wait, flip, wait then eat! My favorite kind of meal right? Well now that school is back in session I am having trouble finding time to even cook something as easy as that...soooo I found these babies on pinterest and they are perfect! So easy and yummy and kind of like a fried egg. I know a lot of people have been making these and then putting them in breakfast sandwiches which sounds pretty awesome too! Also, my freind Sun over at Eat. Host. Run. Style cooked a recipe from one of my favoite blogs today! Go check her out!
