Do you remember Bagel Bites? They were the horrible snack food that I use to beg my parents to buy me at the super market! Back in college, my husband created giant bagel bites using bagels for a quick and easy dinner. They are super yummy and easy to make!
6 Bagels
1 Package Pepperoni
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 Can Pizza Sauce
Let's Cook Dinner
Preheat the Oven to 350F
Slice bagels into halves
Spoon pizza sauce on bagels
Place 4 to 5 pepperonis on top of sauce
Cover with cheese
Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bagel is crisp
