This is best homemade Mexican cheese dip ever!!! The one thing I have really missed about living in the South is TexMex food. I'm sure real, true Mexican food is great...but I miss queso dip!

The Fixin's
1 lb White American Cheese
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons Jalapeno Juice
Let's Cook Dinner
Cut the cheese into chunks
Add the cream and juice
Simmer till melted and smooth
Enjoy with tortilla chips
